I do not know why this is frequently returned, I think it is very good quality for the price! I framed a picture my daughter drew years ago and it turned out beautiful! I personally do not like the wood grain but I’ll just spray it the color I want in the spring when it warms up outside.

The price is very reasonable. The frame is lovely, the brown woodgrain is mixed with the grey color, and fits my art print perfectly. The hanging clips attached tot he frame at the back are very convenient and well made. I am pleasantly surprixed at what a good product I got!

You can spend a fortune getting custom frames, and they do look nice. But these, surprisingly, are about 75% as good as a custom frame. They look like real wood, and they are very sturdy. NOTE: THEY COME WITH PLEXIGLASS, NOT REAL GLASS. In some respects, that is good, because plexiglass does not shatter. I am a Command Strip hanger, and after a while, some of them fail. I have had some shattered frames due to this. These will not do that. BUT, plexiglass does scratch fairly easily, so clean them with a VERY soft cloth. I did get a few very faint scratches on mine when putting in my pictures, but when they are up and hanging, you can't see them at all. You can only see them from a side angle in bright light, so NO BIG DEAL. Overall, I think these are well worth the money. I mean, you have to be realistic and not expect museum quality frames at this size for $25/$30

The frame is just perfect. It is made nicely and is just what I was looking for. It really beautifully constructed and the corners all align perfectly. (A pet peeve of mine is when the corners have gaps!) The way the back comes off is good, too. I was able to fit two mats under the glass, which was great for double-matting my painting (I am a watercolor and mixed media artist and purchased this for one of my watercolor paintings.) It looks beautiful in my studio and comes in lots of sizes. I will definitely purchase more frames in different sizes from this maker.

For what l put in the frame ,it works great

Nice frame. Well-packaged, all the hardware is properly centered, the construction quality is good. There's a wee bit of a gap between the frame backing and the glass, but it's a trivial fix with a simple cardboard shim on either side, after which it's nice and snug.

Great purchase! Perfect colour to match the picture I had to frame since 12x18 isn’t a common size. It’s not glass tho, it’s a plastic and it came almost melted or warped or something (you can see in the picture when it’s laying down) however it’s not visible when it’s hanging up and the pictures in it so I’m not too phased! Will definitely buy again when I get more posters on vacation :))

I was really iffy about buying this frame because of the many reviews of customers receiving it damaged but this one was one of the few that had the least amount of bad reviews. My puzzle is 26.5in x 38.5in so it’s a bit smaller than the frame but it does it’s job. I was lucky to get a frame in good condition. Only thing is that there was a scratch on the film
