The Oojra French Provence Lavender fragrance is a wonderful, complex balanced scent with lavender as its predominant note. I never get tired of it. It welcomes me into the bedroom and sets the mood for relaxation and rest. I believe I am sleeping more soundly and peacefully. I reduced the number of reeds to six which is ample for the size of the room. It is a full scent capable of filling the room, but it is not overpowering due to its balance. I will repurchase and cannot imagine being without it. The bottle is beautiful, and I love the black reeds. The presentation would make an excellent gift.

The scent is wonderful and the glass container with the black reeds display beautifully. It smells very natural unlike some other scenting systems I’ve tried. I’ve had lots of compliments on the scent and at least two visitors notice the scent and start searching for it while commenting how much they like it as soon as they walked in. So far I've had it out for almost two months and the bottle is just under half full so I suspect it will last for at least another few weeks or more. I will definitely buy this diffuser in this specific scent again. I like the scent of Jasmine, and I found this version to be very pleasant and not overpowering. It seems to diffuse best when I place it where the the air circulates a bit. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

I’ve been a loyal customer for another company’s comparably priced essential oil reed diffusers until the last three purchased had next to no scent at all. So began looking for a different option. Oojra looked promising. Nervously ordered two of the French Provence Lavendar diffusers and love the scent. It’s spicier than traditional the traditional lavendar scent I was expecting but it’s much nicer. I set up one with all the sticks in the living/dining/kitchen area of my two bedroom apartment, and the other in the bedroom with a few sticks. The whole apartment smells great. The packaging is lovely for gifting and I really like the tasteful simplicity of the bottle and black reeds. I’m looking forward to trying all the other scents.

I use a lot of different fragrance products-reed diffuser, aromatherapy diffuser, candle, and sprays. I like reed diffuser the most because it looks elegant and you don't have to do anything to it to smell nice. Generally, I pay attention to the smell, the look, how long it lasts, and the price when I pick out a reed diffuser. Oojra is one of those reed diffuser that might not last as long as it claims but the elegant smell makes it a lavish indulgence, albeit a prodigal one. Smell I really liked the Laos White Tea and Ginger. This is subjective but I would categorize this particular fragrance a light, non-spicy, nonintrusive type of flowery aroma. Mercedes uses similar fragrance in its AC/ventilation system and I always loved the smell. Needless to say, the smell reminded me of elegance and class. Look It looks elegant. The gold accent bottle cap is a nice touch. Unlike the photo demonstrates on the amazon website, the liquid in the Laos White Tea version is clear, but I would imagine having a more yellow liquid would be a nice match to the gold cap. The black reed in my opinion looks more elegant than the bamboo colored reeds. With 12 reeds included in the package, there is a variety of arrangements you can do to suit your aesthetic taste. How long it lasts I do have problem with the claim that it lasts about 3 months. The smell started out strong but slowly dissipated to the point where it is no longer noticeable after 1 month or so. As I am writing this review after about 45 days I received the diffuser, I can no longer sense any smell. I even asked someone else who does not spend any time in my room to come in and see if she can sense the smell--she can't. Oojra wants you to flip the reeds if the aroma weakens. I did this. The last time I flipped the reeds was about a week ago. I will probably flip it a couple of more times. I also found out that swirling the bottle helps make the smell stronger temporarily. But doing this every 3 or 4 days is pretty annoying. One thing though, there is still plenty liquid left in the bottle, I am hopping constantly flipping and swirling it would help prolong the aroma. Price Oojra cost about the same as the OG Nest brand but the Nest brand has 5.9 fl oz while you get 4 oz for Oojra. I consider having a good smell a necessity but Oojra is definitely a luxury. I am hoping to get another bottle to test it out again because I really loved the smell. Overall, with reed diffuser, it might be worth it to throw down 40 dollars for an aroma that you really love.

I have a parrot and have to very careful about fragrances and toxicity. I have begun to stray from candles and many candle makers unless they are 100% soy with linen or cotton wicks. So a few years ago I began using Essential Oils with reeds because I can control where in the room I place them and still get a pleasant aroma (no fear of fires). I have tried them all, and in the top echelon of choices, I would place Oojra Thai Jasmine Bamboo Essential oil with Reeds. First the aroma is heavenly: noticeable without being overpowering; not too sweet with a spicy undercurrent so men like it as much as women. In addition the fragrance lasts. Good instructions about selecting a good placement in the room; flipping the reeds every 3-4 days; the smell lasts and lasts. Excellent customer service and a friendly CEO that truly cares about her product and feedback. Most important, my Parrot Stevie is safe!!!

Wow. This is superstrong and absolutely terrible. Just terrible. I spent over $60 for an awful diffuser. Now the glass container was gorgeous, and everything was packaged wonderfully. And the performance, awesome as I have a 1300 ft.² place and the fragrance reached the entire place. And that was just with three reeds! My two roommates and I were just completely unaware the scent would be as bad as it is. I was offered the opportunity to return it for a different scent, but re-wrapping it and packaging it prior to creating a way for me to go to the post office was totally not a great return on investment. Oh well, I think. It was my fault for ordering it without smelling it first. I can't tell you about the positive reviews because they are pretty much the reason for my purchase in the first place. They are either working for the company or smelling something I do not. I don't know. I just know there may be someone else is sensitive as I am to scents.

This is much easier than an electronic diffuser because I never have to remember to turn it on or fill it. Also it looks nice on my countertop. The eucalyptus scent it is nice and subtle, perfect for my bathroom. I'll likely buy a few for quick/easy gifts.

Beautiful bottle, scent is very very mild but lasts long. I think maybe the eucalyptus is diluted. I am happy with my purchase as I bought eucalyptus oil from another provider to replace it.

Dosen't smell at all, you are better off with 10$ oil reed form WalMart. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
