It’s worth buying as a last resort but the canesten cream may be the better and cheaper bet.

Nice product for chafing and minor skin yeast rash

I love this stuff! I haven't had a yeast infection since I started using this and taking probiotics and eating homemade fermented vegetables. I hate to run out of this stuff before I get more. I usually order 2 at a time so I don't run out. A little bit goes a long way.
