Add these to your postpartum care package list!!! These have been a lifesaver postpartum. They are incredibly comfortable, soft, and have a nice stretchy fit that doesn’t feel restrictive at all. I also really appreciate how well they fit. They accommodate plus size comfortably without feeling too tight or digging in, which made a big difference during recovery. The quality is excellent. They are very absorbent and I didn’t experience any leakage, even overnight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, these are reliable, comfortable, and well made. I would definitely purchase them again and highly recommend them, especially for postpartum use.

I purchased these for post-partum use as I am plus size, and most of the post-partum underwear are either really not secure, or are for smaller people. I have large legs, so I would say that if you have large legs, you may have to rip the sides a tiny bit, but that doesn't make them unusable, which is nice (meaning the small rip at the leg hole will not continue to rip). Anyway, these work great. I run really hot, so they did add to that a little, but, that was mostly because my hormones were going crazy and they trap heat a little. The absorption was awesome, and I experienced no leaks. They were pretty discreet, too. I was able to wear them comfortably under my regular clothes.

As a long-haul lady trucker, i typically drive about 8-10 hours a day. I can tell anyone that these are a game changer. Typically i wear Always ultra thin size 5, for when i drive long distances and for overnight. With those, i have to change them every 2 hours, which is draining. Some areas don’t have a safe stop for a semi truck, for hundreds of miles and shoulder parking isn’t safe. So that can be scary if things are getting saturated. A laugh, cough or sneeze and it’s over with for the ultra thin lol. I have a towel down just in case, but luckily I’ve never had a leak like that. Nonetheless, it’s draining and time consuming having to frequently stop to clean up and change. I did some research and found that these period panties may be a better option. On my heaviest days, i can drive 4+ hours and there still won’t be any leaks. These absorbs a lot, yet no leaks, no heaviness or squishy feeling. They cover the whole crack so no seepage up the back end. Overnight, they’re just as supportive. I recommend these for truckers. They’re strong and comfortable. No obvious bulge in the back through your pants (if you get the right size). For me that’s important because i like to be discreet. I’m 220 pounds and 5’6”. I bought a size L and they fit perfectly. I also haven’t experienced them rolling down. They’re breathable and on the hottest days, no sweats. When getting in and out of the truck, they don’t shift. They’re secure. 10/10

This thing is great!! Wish I would have discovered it sooner. I’m a super heavy bleeder. I’m talking soaking through ultra tampons and overnight pads in less than 2 hours for 7 days straight. I honestly could probably use one of these underwears all day and it wouldn’t leak through, make me feel wet, or smell. I wore it to bed the first time and slept for over 8 hours on my back and stomach with NO leaks at all. Wore it out for about 9 hours while I was attending an event and no leaks! Even with those gushes!! (heavy bleeders know what I’m talking about!!) It’s comfortable, fits well (5’4” 145lbs S/med). Super stretchy but not saggy. Doesn’t show much through clothes (way less than a pad would show). It’s lightly scented- I know some reviews said it’s overwhelming but honestly I could barely smell it. It’s like a powdery/vanilla smell and didn’t bother me at all. It does make a little bit of plasticky noise but not enough to notice unless you are specifically listening out for it. I was worried it would be itchy but it’s really not. I just purchased more and I think I’ll use these exclusively from now on instead of pads.

Yes, these do feel like you're wearing a heavy pad; however, when it comes to peace of mind, you'll want these. I purchased these as I'm an older citizen about to have shoulder surgery which will limit my movement for a while. Since heading to the bathroom is somewhat of a race anyway, I didn't want to have uncomfortable surprises so purchased these as an "in case". My pants size can vary by manufacturer so I'm between a 10 and 12 and, since I didn't want a lot of bulk, I opted for the SM. They're quite snug but they do fit. Not sure if a L would be too big so I'll keep the SM and see what happens. I will say that the SM would be good for under clothing as you could barely see you're wearing this type of underwear.

THESE ARE AMAZING! I naturally have a heavy flow thanks to endometriosis and adenomyosis so I used to have to wear two heavy flow pads, and even then I would still somehow leak. I ended up trying to do a Lupron suppression to help with IVF and Lupron made me bleed like crazy with huge clots! I was having to change pads every 30 minutes to a hour. I finally decided to give adult diapers a try to see if they would offer more protection while my body was adjusting to Lupron (it didnt adjust unfortunatel). I happened to find these and my God I will never go back to pads! They are super comfortable and hold so much. They also breath and it's not easy to tell they are a diaper when wearing jeans or sweat pants. My only complaint is that they are scented. Buy the diapers girl they are a game changer.

Okay, so I realize these give off “diaper” vibes, and they technically are. However I will never go back. As someone who has extremely heavy almost hemorrhage like periods, pads don’t cut it. I’m used to wearing overnight pads all day long and still experience crazy leaks out the sides from gushing. I basically live in these now during my periods. The amount of pants, sheets, undies and furniture I’ve ruined is sad! When I got these I was a bit defeated because I hated the idea of wearing a diaper at 20, but it was my last resort and I’ve never been happier. I know these are meant for nighttime but I wear them 7 days straight in my periods. It makes life so much easier to be able to work all day and sleep all night with zero issues. I work in a hospital as a nurse so I’m always running around and on my feet, I hardly ever have time to go to the bathroom and change, let alone the amount of expensive scrub pants I’ve destroyed!! These are so soft and comfy, they fit like a glove. I was a bit worried they would be too big since I wear a size 2-4 in pants but they fit me sooooo good! It took so getting used to, the first day or so was a bit strange, turns out I had them on backwards haha. I wish they had a little like f and b on each side inside to tell you, but I found that when you unfold it, the side that you unfold the hip wings from is the front. It’s slightly lower cut than the back. I can not even explain how lifesaving these are. I feel actually normal now. I can do anything I can when I’m not on my period with no worries. As for sleep, these are so comfy, I don’t have to wear anything over them (granted when I’m home I hardly do either haha!) I am a crazy sleeper, side, back, stomach and back and forth and have had no leaks! No issues! It contains it all flawlessly! These help me feel normal and bring back my sense of security after years of tiptoeing around my period.
