Easy install. Could use improvements
Poorly packaged. The hitched was thrown into a box. As a result, the receiver broke through the box and the paint wore off in several places. I had to spray paint it before I could install. The wire harness mount is a good idea but it located directly where a bumper hanger is located. See picture. Other than that, it is well made, the bolts line up perfectly and the hardware is good. Make sure to have a good torque wrench. The bolts get torqued to 148 ft lbs.

Quality we've come to expect from this company
Very well made from thick steel (heavy but strong unit), easy to install (better if you have a set of helping hands. This fit my 2016 Honda Pilot like it was made for it. The hardware included was of excellent quality, and very well designed. The finish is great, and actually slightly improves the look of my car. Would recommend this as a purchase.

Very simple to install
Direct fitment to factory threads no drilling or modificating, when installing remove spare tire, use floor jack for support, use one bolt with no washer for guide but start at muffler side first then continue to otherside with bolt no washer for guide then install all bolts with washers

Easy to install
Easy to install on 2020 Honda Pilot. Works great. Don’t like the extra inches lost on the hooks being lower. Do like the place for electrical so it is not dangling.

Gravy Install!
10 Minutes and hauling a trailer on my 2020 MDX. Heavy duty with great installation points. Nothing needed but a 22” socket and some muscles to hold it!

Perfect fit
This item is well built and a perfect fit and essy installation. I saved about $1,000 as a DIY person. The labor is certainly not worth $ 1,000. DIY but have a friend to help. Not reslly a one person job. I tied the hitch receiver in place (run a rope through the receiver then tie to the latch). Then we lifted the sides and bolted it in place. Just minutes of work.

Beware, sizing is not accurate even if it appears to be from eye balling it.
Unfortunately I didn't check to see that our bike rack fit into this receiver before paying someone to put it on our car. It is defective. It is the right size, or should be, but it was welded with a panel at the square opening and it created a smidge of lip blocking the entrance of our hitch. By the time we discovered the problem the window for returning it was closing and I was given a few days to have the defective hitch receiver removed and returned. It is a big expense to have someone put the receiver on and but it's also time intensive. It involved making an appointment, clearing my schedule to make it happen, and paying to have the defective on removed and the new one (not purchased from Amazon) put on. There is no reimbursement for all of this and now the window to return the defective item has closed. I am left with a defective hitch receiver and the expense involved in trying to correct the error.
