Excellent mandoline slicer! The PrepSolutions mandoline is very easy to use, slices vegetables evenly, and saves a lot of time in the kitchen. 🥕🥒 The thickness adjustment works well, the blades are sharp, and it feels safe and sturdy. It’s also easy to clean and store. Very practical and highly recommended! 👌✨

Love this mandoline
Great addition to our kitchen and making slicing veggies a breeze. Didn't have any issues with onions or any other veggies so far. Have yet to try potatoes, but that will be tested soon. Love the "lock" so I dont have to worry as much when cleaning the blade face by hand. Also doesn't take much space in the drawer, but the spiky plate is dangerous. Those spikes are sharp and they hurt when you accidentally find them in a soapy bowl of water

Excellent Item
bought the PrepSolutions Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline Slicer in green and it has been very helpful in my kitchen. It slices vegetables evenly and saves me a lot of time when I’m cooking. I like that you can adjust the thickness easily, and it feels sturdy. Just be careful because the blade is very sharp. Overall, a great tool to have.

Simple but effective
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this item for the price point and small foot print. My husband is not a gadget guy so I needed something I could stash in a kitchen drawer. Do I recommend? Sure if you are tired of slicing veggies by hand. I wouldn’t say it’s high quality, the veggies do get caught more than they should in the blade but overall it’s not a deal breaker and it works for what I need it for.

Quick and Easy
Bought this mandolin to thinly slice potatoes. It worked like a charm. I usually just use a knife, but I had quite a few I needed to slice. This was much easier and faster than using my knife.

Excellent mandoline
Love this mandolin. Doesn't take up a lot of room and it works excellent!! Easy to use.

Dangerous weapon. Finger protector is worthless.
This machine is very sharp, and it does make slices of different thicknesses. But they haven’t quite gotten the hand protector thing right yet. It’s awkward to hold the food in place, slips around, so you end up not using it, and then you slice your finger.
