Very robust piece of equipment seems very much worth the money right out of the box. Haven't tested it yet but fairly confident it will stand up to the stress of having a large dog tethered to one end. Definitely gives me peace of mind that my dog will be safe tethered to this and the stake won't come loose or shear because of the good build quality, compared to other similar products. Specifically, the metal is much thicker. Comes with a nice heavy duty carcabiner that I'd trust to hold my own weight let alone the weight of my dog pulling against it. Only downside is the carcabiner has no locking mechanism. Additionally comes with a storage bag and brush to keep it tidily stored away. I look forward to using this, knowing my dog will be safe to roam while tethered on his lead.

Easy to use and made with good materials

These are great for my big(gish) dogs. I have a Bouvier Des Flandres and a Husky/Saint Bernard mix. While I have a fenced backyard I like to spend time with them elsewhere in the yard. These are sturdy and I LOVE that they came with a helpful way to screw them all the way into - and back out again if needed - the ground. I especially like the no tangle feature that keeps the dogs from accidentally making the line shorter and shorter. These seem sturdy and well made and I am thrilled that they came in individual canvas bags so they can be put away for winter. They even have a brush to brush dirt off before putting away for the season or for use elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Using them to hold down my driveway tarp and they are doing an excellent job. Nice and long and durable to pound in through the packed granular A , so you folks looking for them to hold down tents etc should have no problem.

We use these to hold down a tarp over our camper if expecting rain. They've held through STRONG storms without moving. Never had one break, easy to remove from ground.
