I’ve had walking pneumonia and bronchitis for a year once. Since then I’ve been suceptible to lung infections, bacterial and viral. I just got over the flu that lasted for 3-4 weeks. The directions state to take every 2-4 hours. By the second time I took my second dose. I immediately felt the relief in my chest. I was able to take deep breathes and finally felt normal. I will be purchasing this again and will add to my cold and flu remedies which consist of garlic pills with allicin, ginger, apple cider vinegar and this stuff. Cheers.

I am convinced that it helped my chest cold who was getting progressively worse. I was coughing a lot and could bring out the flem properly which made me choke. In only a couple of days I was able to cough and clear my lungs and heal. I reordered the product to always have it at hand. I took it three times a day when I felt really sick and then tapered. In general I assimilate liquids better than pills or capsules. I strongly recommend it.

I brought this for imune system. It is great. As soon as I get the feeling of a cold coming I take it three times a day. It stops immediately.

My doctor recommended this product. He says he takes some every day and it keeps him from getting sick, so I decided to try it. I work at a community college and get exposed to all manner of germs. I used to get sick frequently. Now, I take 2 droppers-full in a shot glass of juice every day when I get home from work and I don't remember the last time I was *really* sick. Now, I don't get more than a tickle in my throat every now and then and after taking this, it's gone the next day. My daughter also takes it when she's coming down with something and it's gone within a day or two when it used to take a week.

I have used umckaloabo from other brands, and I can state from experience that it is a wonderful natural remedy for coughs, colds and the like. However, I made the mistake of trying this brand to find that it is basically grain alcohol. I tried one dropper-full to find that it burned terribly in my mouth, and on looking at the ingredients, found that this is 40-50% alcohol. I do not drink alcohol, so this was a disappointing thing to find. If you are a teetotaler, this product is not for you. There are many other products that contain the active ingredient that do not require the ingestion of alcohol.
