Great Product
After I was using other security camera brand, I tried the Wyze v3 camera and it was perfect. So I ordered more and now having total of 11 cameras at my home installed. Wide angle, clear picture, easy to set, easy application use.. Highly recommend.

Works well. Easy setup. Crashed once, but it’s fine. Monitoring features can be improved, but it’s fine.

Issue with Network reconnect!
Purchased this product on 8th Jan 2023. Today I tried to move it to another floor however once I reset the device it stopped recognising all WIFI networks and fail to connect. The Company making this cam are also aware of the issue as this is first error resolve message on their support. Its cheap but their are better cams available for this price that recongnises network and work.

Great for pet monitoring
Only issue I have is that you need to configure it from scratch again if you change your Wifi password or SSID. Great night vision and sound detection and replay.

positive size night quality accessories easy to use friendly mobile app negative audio (both 2way) -> noise (different firmware, several models. factory reject)

Very Poor customer support
I bought 3 of those cameras and 3 Cam plus licenses for a year and suddenly the integration with Alexa stopped working for the last 2 months. Despite contacting the support multiple times, finally the response I got is that their Team are working on it and to keep an eye on any firmware update. 2 version releases so far and unfortunately the skills and routines in Alexa are still not working.

La cámara está bien y es fácil instalarla pero no funciona verla en mi celular cuando salgo de casa. Estoy intentando averiguar qué pasa porque en otro espacio las tengo y funcionan bien.

Performs as well/if not better than many security cameras I've used over the years. Great value for money. Keeps continuous recordings for weeks with the Wyze 128GB SD card. Incredible night vision! Still can't believe such an amazing, high quality product is so cheap!

If I could I would give it zero stars. This works very poorly. Worked one week then stoped. The light goes down she reboot works one day and no more and then again and again one day and stoped
