This is the best wood filler I have ever used. It applies easily, dries quickly, and is easily sandable. It is so much easier than two part epoxy and does the job even better.

This wood filler is one of the best that I've found! The filler is very thick and creamy, and it almost has a "plastic" feel when first applying it to the wood. But, when dry and sanded, the filler looks great and is indistinguishable from the wood. It dries and sands very nicely. I highly recommend this product. I hope you find my review helpful!

I used this to repair an exterior wall plate used to mount a landscape transformer. Over the years the plywood plate was showing splits and some delamination due to weather. I used a sharp chisel to remove raised splits and some delaminated veneer then used two thin coats of this wood filler sanded flat after each application. This filler was easy to work with and sand. A coat of primer and two finish coats of paint completed the job. Overall I felt this DAP interior/exterior wood filler was an excellent choice.

I have just used it for the first time to fill some damaged wood on a doorsill from termites. It didn’t go on as smoothly as I hoped it would and didn’t adhere as well as I hoped it would. So it was tricky to apply. I ended up having to do two coats and really probably need a third coat. I haven’t sent it yet so I don’t know exactly how well it will sand or how smooth it will be in the end, I’m sure it will be fine.

This wood filler is silky smooth and easily feathers to blend the wood blemish into surrounding areas. It's thin, meaning to fill a deep crack or joint, you may need to do it in lifts; apply some, let it dry, then apply more. I like how it covers, and finishes. I made room on my shelf for this wood filler!

Washed off when it rained in a week. there is another DAP wood filler that performs better than this
