Norton & Company The 10 Rules of Successful Nations by Sharma, Ruchir online on desertcart.ae at best prices. ✓ Fast and free shipping ✓ free returns ✓ cash on delivery available on eligible purchase. Review: One good thing about Ruchir Sharma is, that he always writes in simple words without throwing jargons. Before I provide details about the book, let me tell you that this book is adapted from the bestseller, ‘The Rise and Fall of Nations”. So, if you read that book, it will be easy to connect with this book. However, independently also this is in an interesting read. The book is not just named,” 10 rules of Successful Nations”, it very aptly describes those ten rules and throws some surprises. The ten rules and how they make nations successful are as follows: 1) Population- Successful nations fight demographic decline 2) Politics- Successful nations rally behind a reformer 3) Inequality- Successful nations produce good billionaires 4) State power- Successful nations have right sized governments 5) Geography- Successful nations make most of their locations 6) Investments- Successful nations invest heavily and frequently 7) Inflation- Successful nations control the real inflation threats 8) Currency-Successful nations feel cheap 9) Debt- Successful nations avoid debt mania and phobia 10) Hype- Successful nations rise outside the spotlight Each chapter in the book has something interesting to read. Data analysis is extensive and book throws surprises such as why population growth should not be viewed negatively. The book is Economics for people in hurry. Review: If you want to get a better understanding of what moves the global markets, this is the book! My notes taken from reading this must be 10+ pages. Definitely worth the read if your inquisitiveness into the global markets needs some calming influence!

Content is good. I read a few pages of this book at my friend's place and saw its value, hence bought a copy for myself. Unfortunately the condition of the book is disappointing. Was appalled by the defects shown in the photos. I expected brand new condition! Too much hassle to ask for a replacement so I decided to suck it up. But the poor condition really dampened my reading experience and confidence in Amazon's services.

excellent read and written in an uncomplicated manner. I would have liked more of his thoughts about Africa, which the Economist described some 10 years ago as "the hopeless continent"
