Phone is sooooooo much better than my last Samsung (A25 5G). Processing speed is way faster, phone is easily unlocked, high quality fingerprint reader and Durable as hell. Zero issues with the touch screen, wonderful color quality and the touch screen is fantastic! 5/5 would buy again!

After a disaster buying a S22 plus and having to return it due to its disastrous condition including a glass screen that had smudge marks every where that i wasn't able to remove and the frame had chipped pain all around it. And obviously that was a different seller. This S21 plus is in absolutely fantastic shape. Everything looks fantastic and the performance is amazing. I highly recommend this seller.

I ordered a phone from "Stalion Requip" advertised in excellent condition. Upon receipt, the device appeared to be in good physical shape. However, after two days of use, I observed that the display panel had been replaced with an aftermarket component. Despite setting the refresh rate to adaptive, the display consistently operates at what appears to be 60Hz. Additionally, the adaptive brightness feature is malfunctioning, exhibiting overly aggressive dimming that significantly darkens the screen. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, resulting in a considerable waste of both time and money. REVIEW UPDATE: The seller initially committed to replacing the phone with a fully functional unit. I engaged in extensive communication with both the seller and Amazon associates, and the seller assured me that a replacement would be dispatched upon receipt of the returned item. However, once the seller received the returned phone, their position changed entirely. They stated that they did not possess a properly functioning unit to send as a replacement. This contradicts their Amazon listings, which show the same phone models available in various colors. I requested a replacement in any available color, emphasizing the 20 days already lost in the order and return process. Despite my request, the seller declined to provide a replacement. So I, advise against purchasing from this vendor, as they are reportedly selling phones with aftermarket displays and faulty sensors under the guise of "excellent condition." Dont go with go star rating

Seller is on target for quality of the purchase, completely renewed phone and unlocked without bloat wear. I've had a S21 before and the screen is more than good and the added color and value for what you are getting is a absolute must have even for a beater phone. Screen size is a bit smaller than i thought only because i have large hands.

The renewed Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G arrived in perfect condition, with an almost new appearance and working very fast. The screen looks sharp, the cameras take clear photos and the performance is smooth for apps and networks. The battery lasts me well during the day and the equipment came fully unlocked, ready to use.

Estoy muy contenta con mi Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. Tiene un diseño moderno y compacto con una pantalla Dynamic AMOLED de 6.2” y tasa de refresco de 120 Hz que hace que todo se vea suave y nítido. Su rendimiento es rápido con un potente procesador y 8 GB de RAM, ideal para multitarea, redes sociales, juegos y contenido multimedia.  La cámara también cumple muy bien: las fotos salen detalladas y con buen color, y puedes grabar video incluso en resolución 8 K si lo deseas.  La batería de 4 000 mAh dura gran parte del día con uso normal, aunque si usas mucho el 120 Hz puede bajar más rápido, pero en general te lleva a la noche sin problema.  Algunas cosas a considerar: no tiene ranura para tarjeta microSD (así que el almacenamiento no se puede expandir) y no trae cargador en la caja, por lo que puede que necesites comprar uno si no lo tienes.

UPDATED REVIEW After a couple of months I started to have a lot of issues with this phone like people hearing echoes on my calls and me having to restart my phone to stop it, or the emergency sound going off randomly, or my speakerphone not working, etc. Very frustrating. I have had the phone for 7 months so I'm not eligible for a return and I'm really disappointed because now I regret buying this refurbished phone. I caution buyers to make sure they test everything within the 3 month window if they buy these phones. I will not make this choice again. ... INITIAL REVIEW I am so glad i purchased this phone. It looks brand new and I've had no issues with it. Great price and service. The seller gave me a refund of $10 because the charger didn't work which was a minor thing for me as I had the one from my old Samsung phone. Noregrets. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I was admittedly skeptical but the phone was in perfect condition and works very well. I did have an issue where it asked me to update the software multiple times but it did stop. The only advice I'd give is to ensure you factory reset yourself before putting all your information in just to ensure there's no suspicious software added. I didn't do this and haven't had any issues but would recommend it just in case (it was an after thought to me).. since it's sold from Amazon directly, it's supposed to be safe and scam free but you never know. Overall very happy with the product and appreciate the return window.

Excelente Celular, llegó sin ningún rasguño y ninguna huella de uso como Nuevo,ya 1 mes con el y no da fallas,mi primer celular reacondicionado que compro y me salió excelente,espero y me dure unos largos años 😆

Qué tal!!! justo acabo de recibir el teléfono con una estética impecable de 9.9 de 10. Ese -1 es por un poquito de polvo y unas manchitas en la tapa trasera que ni se ven, casi. el teléfono no tiene rayones ni pantalla ni en marcos. Suena muy bien y carga rápido y pasa carga inalambrica a otros cel y recibe. Se carga rápido. He hecho pruebas y su batería está en muy buen estado de salud. Toma fotos y graba. Al momento día 1 de 90 días de garantía. Comprado en México pero enviado y vendido por Amazon usa bajo el concepto de "excelente estado" A años de su compra, el equipo funciona y se desempeña excelente y por suerte va a recibir Android 15 con one ui7 🎉🙌🏽 El equipo vino con +96% de vida de su batería ya 2 años y medio está en 84% de vida de su batería y me sigue rindiendo todo el día Busquen calidad excelente y vendido y enviado por Amazon. Sus cámaras y 6.7" compiten y rendimiento con cualquier gama media alta actual

EDIT: After the issues with my first phone (see below), Amazon refunded me and told me to order again. The condition was listed as "New". I ordered a replacement one and it worked well for a couple months... until it got very slightly wet. This phone was advertised as "New" condition when I purchased it. But even though a new version of this phone is waterproof, this phone was not remotely waterproof and just a couple drops of water resulted in a fried motherboard and a ruined phone. This was not advertised correctly to the customer in anyway. Both of the phones I ordered had issues and ended terribly. Amazon is also refusing to refund even though they sold a defective product!!! Very upset with the situation. I can not urge you strongly enough to NOT buy this. Original Review: Phone arrived looking good - no visible scratches anywhere as far as I could tell. When I went to setup the device, it asked to register my fingerprints to have access to Samsung Pass and other features that require your fingerprints. The scanner would not register. I suspect that when refurbishing the device they either did not reconnect the scanner or they damaged it in some way. In any case, after 1 hour on a call with samsung customer service, they confirmed that it was in fact defective and needed servicing. I contacted the Seller (A-1 wireless inc) by phone and they told me to return the device through Amazon. I'm in that process now and will update once the refund has been processed. Ordering a replacement now and will see if the next one arrives working as advertised.

Primero que nada y hablando en general de la estetica del telefono es un 9.5 sin problema lo unico medianamente mal era unos pèqueños rayones en la pantalla imperceptibles a menos que lo vieras a contraluz, en general el telefono funcionaba perfecto a exepcion de que se calentaba seguido, no era molesto y era casi imperceptible si lo usabas con una funda a exepcion de la pantalla, teienes que si o si comprar un cargador aparte ya que el que viene es generico y no lo recomiendo la verdad, yo compre un cargador Ugreen de 25W que venia con un cable de 2m en 377 pesos (minimo historico) y si, aun con todo esto lo devolvi. ¿Por que?, Facil se le quemo la pantalla y no encendia, a pesar de eso volvere a probar suerte y para quienes esten pensando en comprarlo o esten dudando por este comentario, si pagan amazon prime o tienen la prueba de 1 mes gratis, los invito a comprarlo, el envio internacional corre totalmente por parte de amazon, en caso de ser un reacondicionado nacional puede que incluso sin prime el envio sea gratis, no lo he probado ya que en general uso bastante amazon prime. El telefono por el precio es una oferta muy buena e incluso si tienes el mismo problema que yo y ya paso el tiempo de devolucion prueba con llevarlo a una tienda autorizada de samsung, investigando se ve que el que se quemen las pantallas en este modelo es algo relativamente normal y puede que incluso no te cobren por el cambio, yo no lo probe por que tengo la opcion de devolverlo y tendria que moverme por que aqui no hay tiendas autorizadas, en general como decia un 50/50 muy seguro, siempre y cuando tengas prime o la prueba gratis.
