I bought these for my toddler who has constipation issues. I cut the capsules open to make a powder for her drink. It worked great!! The taste is awful though so I recommend hiding it in juice or body armour.

I have purchased other brands of magnesium and in all honesty taken them for years and never noticed any kind of change at all.
