No sugar content , or salt . It does appear to have the pure paste of roasted peanut . If people are looking to snack on regular peanut butter for the sweet salt combination , dont go for this. But otherwise , this is quite good . The claim of "only peanut" and "no"palm oil" if indeed is true ,i wont mind buying it again.

Reading through many reviews on how delectable the smooth peanut butter is, I decided to go for it. And believe me, once I opened up the tub, I just had to resist the urge to simply devour it! It's such a yummy gooey mess, looking like a pool of liquid gold, in a consistency resembling some chocolate that has been melted down by the scorching Sun. But make sure when having it to accompany along or later a cup of tea or coffee for its super fine texture decides to sit on your throat till you wash it down with something to follow that's warmer. Although, I just love the way, at room temperatures, as if freshly made, how it retains its thick pouring consistency. It's easy to spread that tastes absolutely natural and of a great value moneywise. I am so gonna incorporate this irresistible smoothness into salads, confectioneries and endless sorts of veggie satays. 😍

I recently purchased the MYFITNESS All Natural Smooth Peanut Butter (1.25 kg) and I must say the quality of the peanut butter itself is excellent — smooth, natural, and tastes very fresh. It delivers exactly what it promises in terms of nutrition and flavor. However, I did face an issue with the packaging. The lid/cap was torn, and some amount of peanut butter had leaked during transit. Because of this, I could not use the full 1.25 kg as intended. I kindly request that, if possible, the seller/manufacturer consider providing another full jar of the same product. Overall, I am satisfied with the product quality, but packaging definitely needs more attention.
