Just used this for the first time. It is lightweight but very sturdy. It swivels making it easy to get into corners and underneath furniture. It does have a twisting feature that you can lock if you don't want it to swivel. The Velcro strips hold the pad very well and the pads that came with it are thicker and seem more absorbent than the ones I'm currently using. Will be back soon to purchase more pads . I have tried other brands of reusable pads and handles , this is by far the best one. Would recommend and definitely would purchase again.

Works great! Very happy with the ease of use and the results after mopping my fake wood floor (LVP). I just submerged the pad into hot water and a bit of Pine Sol, squeeze out the excess and drop it on the floor where the mop, when aligned properly with the pad, grabs the pad and off you go. The biggest problem I have is in the alignment of the mop with the pad. Takes a couple seconds to get them aligned but then the pad is firmly stuck to the mop. Floors look great afterwards. Mopping is now a breeze for me. I am a male in my 70s.

I'm reviewing this for floors only, since that's what I'm using it for. Fortunately, there are instructions when assembling (fairly straightforward assembly), and most important, how to lock the swivel. There is a bottom ring just above the mop-head that limits the swivel from uncontrolled movement of the mop-head. You just turn a plastic ring a quarter turn to lock the swivel. That is where it will stay for my use,. There is also still some play, even after 'locked', and tightening the hex nut at the end of the handle with wrenches, but it won't affect floor cleaning. The pads are velcro-attached which is nice/convenient. They appear to be of quality pads. They are advertised to be easy to clean. The handle could be longer, or an extra 'extension' piece provided for an extra foot or so in length. For a 5ft 7 in person using the mop on floors, the length of the handle is fine.

We have a short term rental so cleaning is at the top of our priority list for guests. Found this very affordable mopping system and have used it just once so far but really love it. I chose to spray the floor with my solution as I go. Worked super efficient with time saving for not having to dip my mop into the bucket, wring it out etc. Saving water too! It gets easily into corners and I don’t see that I’m ‘pushing’ debris into the corners like my last mop. For those who said the handle length was too short for them it does appear that you could add some sections to the handle. I’m short so it was perfectly comfortable for me. Highly unusual! All in all I’m a happy host who’s ready with super clean floors for my next guest!

The cinch mop is perfect. I use it on my new LPV flooring. It came with two washable heads.

Love this mop. Easy to change pad with velcro that hold tightly. I tend to push tool hard and this handle and head can handle me. Pads clean well in laundry

Nettoyage général, c’est mon travail, je doit avoir trouvé le bon outil. Chacune des sections se vis; pare-contre, il faut souvent les resserrer, c’est un peu agaçant. Bon produit, facile d’utilisation. J’avait essayer un autre produit similaire bon marché du concurrent à plusieurs reprise, mais ce n’était pas résistant. Tout est dans le prix que l’on débourse. je crois bien avoir trouver ce qu’il me faut, merci Claude, Varennes

This mop is very easy to use and moves across the floor smoothly. My only problem with this mop is that the handle keeps coming unscrewed as I push it around. It's not just the one time. It has to be re-screwed after a couple of swipes across the floor. I would definitely give this mop 5 stars if the handle stayed together.

I have two little dogs who shed like crazy. I'd have to sweep each morning and each night. They're terrified of the vaccuum and personally, I slo hate that noise in the early morning hours. This mop does a PERFECT job. What use to take me ten frustrating minutes of vigorous sweeping now takes less than one minute and my entire place is 100% free of dog-hair. (I should have bought this a long, long time ago.)
