I was curious with the jack fully extended, what is the height of the jack? I have a Toyota FJ with a 3 inch lift which puts it at 11 inches

I just went out and fully extended the jack, it measured out to 17 1/2" with the lock-out pin. I don't know if that will jack your truck up high enough or not.

what is the minimum height required for this jack to slide under? I need to determine if it will fit under my car.

It fits under the frame of a HD motorcycle by removing it's center plate.

Does it work on 3 ton jack stand too?

The top part 1.25” opening and the base is 8.5” opening...so, it fits there, it should work...

how high does that jack go off the ground? I need 36"

36" is in the realm of low rise vehicle scissor or shorter two post car lifts. There are portable low rise lifts such as the Maxjax that rises to 48". Most have post lifts have motorcycle attachments. However all of these lifts are permanently mounted or, for instance with the Maxjax, it has a specific spot you've pre-determined to bolt it down. I think a portable lift that high would prove unstable for a motorcycle particularly for those that are tail heavy or unbalanced at the support.
