provide support of the arch of the foot and to alleviate associated discomfort Review: i have had problems with my right foot - specifically fractures toes that required a boot for several weeks - i'm not a runner anymore so i walked a lot and did aerobics - after the boot came off i really wasn't able to do anything except ride a stationary bike (not nearly as much fun for me) - then graduated to a treadmill but i missed being outside walking so i tried the kinesio tape - i had used the tape before on my neck/shoulders and it really helped so i was familiar with the product - from the first day i used the precut foot tape my foot sighed with relief! i have been using it for several weeks now having it on my foot for 5 days at a time - 2 days off - and i can do whatever i want - i have orthodics (flat feet) and the tape works just fine with them - for me, being able to walk outside and do aerobics again (albeit silver sneakers) i am so pleased - the tape has really helped - highly recommend Review: They work well, instructions are good. You do need someone to help putting it on. Very pricey for what you get.

They work well, instructions are good. You do need someone to help putting it on. Very pricey for what you get.

Didn’t last more than a day started piling up even after following the instructions on how to prep the skin! Also $6.00 for 3 pieces of tape is wild!! They need to put that in the first line of the description for those of us who don’t go through every single picture!!
