I've been practicing card tricks and minor magic for a few months (Covid) and I wanted to get a nicer deck for handling and general use. These feel great, they play great, and they look amazing. They include an extra double backed card for some extra slight of hand. Overall these are the nicest cards I've ever purchased and they are only $20 so money well spent in my opinion. My friends kept asking if it was a trick deck and of course I could let them inspect as much as they like to show they are just a really nice quality deck. nothing special.

I purchased these for sleight of hand - for times when a classier looking deck would make a good impression. I trusted other reviews regarding the feel and handling, and wasn't disappointed. The back design, the design of the Ace of Spades, even the box design (inside and out) are beautiful. They handle like butter and the stock responds very well to any sleight of hand. The included double-backer is a nice bonus. Will definitely buy again.

If you like the look of playing cards or collect them like I do, you will not be be disappointed.

A few people have complained that the cards are supposedly underwhelming in comparison to the embossed box they come in. I'd like to gently remind folks that these are premium PLAYING cards. They cannot be gloriously thick and embossed like the box AND maintain optimal performance in their intended contexts(magic tricks, dealing in games, etc.) Your money is going towards premium card stock quality and unparalleled artwork that, despite some opinions, is in fact quite time-consuming and costly. And, of course, you are also paying for a box that you simply cannot stop staring at. This is my second Theory 11 deck and I could not be happier. The detail and clarity of the artwork is breathtaking.

Absolutely love these cards. The box is just beautiful look at and as well as the back of the cards. So much detail! The card faces are pretty basic for the most part, but the Royal Court cards also have the gold/bronze colors laced in them as well. Just awesome. Compliments constantly come my way when I pull these bad boys out. Strongly recommended for all collectors, players and would-be magicians. Salute to Theory11.

Citizen Playing Cards from Theory 11 is one of the most beautiful cards I have seen. This is also one of my favourite decks of playing cards (besides Theory 11 Monarchs) and my go to deck when I want to impress my friends. Design of box is intricate and simply breathtaking. Gold foil, hot stamping and bronze foil simply looks stunning. It should be noted that like most Theory 11 placards, not all the cards in the deck features special design. Only Ace, Jocker and few more cards only features special designs and all other cards are normal cards. Nevertheless, the back of each card features attractive black and gold design. Like all decks from Theory 11, this deck is also made in USA using FSC-certified paper derived from sustainable forests. The cards themselves are nice and thick and handle like a charm. I’ve been using the same deck for months now and it’s still going strong. Overall, this is a great deck for magic, cardistry and gameplay. It’s also a good conversation starter piece. I would love to have gotten the box set, but will still be happy with just the decks for now. Overall, they are top-notch and I love this deck.
