Good for inflammation.
Doesn't work as fast as liquid, but now that I've had them a while I can tell my inflammation is better.

Very small and easy to swallow
Switched to this brand after taking another. The pills are very small, a little smaller than a 325mg aspirin, and easy to swallow. No taste at all. Very happy and will continue to get this brand, Highly recommended.

Spots and smells
The product smells and tastes weird. It even has light spots which seems not normal. I contacted company.
