Q: Why does this have magnesium aspartate in it? I don't want to pay for this if i can't use it!

Q: Is this available in a one capsule dose instead of two?

Hello Cynthia, Thank you for your interest in our Magnesium 7 product. The product is only available in the 2 capsule dose. The recommended dose is 2 capsules which provides 500mg of magnesium.
