Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips, Purple

I’ve been using KT Tape Original Cotton Elastic Kinesiology Tape for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for my joint support. It’s strong but still comfortable — the cotton material feels breathable and doesn’t irritate my skin even when I wear it all day. I use it on my knees and shoulders, and it really helps reduce discomfort during workouts and everyday activities. It stays in place through sweat and movement, and I love that it’s easy to cut to the size I need. Overall, great quality tape that actually works — I’ll definitely keep it in my first-aid kit and buy it again!

KT tape is good stuff. I love Rock tape too, but KT wins for quality at a better price point every time. I have a problem with adhesives on tape. Using Kinesio tape always comes with a downside for me and a limit on how long I can use it for. Once removed from 90% of places on my body I've used it I will have scabs in the tape pattern that take a couple of weeks to heal. KT is the same as any other tape I've used. It has kept me walking many times when I might not otherwise have been able to do so and it has save my neck, back, and shoulders many times. Currently I'm using it to support and help my foot...fortunately the bottom of my foot doesn't seem to mind the adhesive - a miracle!

The tape is great! It has good hold and works wonderfully to protect my joint. It manipulates easily unlike some cheaper brands and because I use it to do aerial, I am thankful for that!

Helped reduce joint clicking and discomfort from trigger finger. I use this during the day, instead of a brace. It is obvously not as thick and therefore doesn't get in the way of daily activities which is nice and convenient. I really like that once it is on you don't even know it is there, big plus. It does take a little getting use to as far as applying it. You can't stretch the "anchor parts" or if you were like me and have no idea what that means, you can't stretch the end pieces or they will not stay down. They will roll up and not stick. So don't pull on it when you get to the last inch just press down and smooth out. You also need the anchor pieces to be on the skin, not overlapping and not ending on top another piece of the tape, it will roll up if you do this. Also rubbing it, fast enough to create heat, will help make the tape stay on longer. I use a piece of the backing that gets pulled off for this purpose, it is smooth, slides over the tape easily, creates a good friction heat, and doesn't catch the edges of the tape. Something about the heat helps the adhesive stick. The tape doesn't last as long as I would have thought. Most reviews or demonstrations of this tape says it will last approximately 2 days. I get a day maximum but maybe it is because it is on my hand and gets wet a lot. I don't know because I have only used it on my hand. I got the precut and would probably get the regular roll the next time. I end up having to cut it anyway since I need two pieces. Overall this is a good substitute for a brace or for helping you with any injury really. I recommend and I will be buying this again.

This tape works great. I have tried other brands, but KT Tape is the best. It stays on longer, even while sweating. It definitely eases the pain in my lower back while golfing.

Best tape to support sore muscles. Very competitive price. Ships prime. I order this tape regularly. I have tried others, less expensive, but always disappointed by them. The only problem with this seller, the small box wherein the tape came, was torn and misshapen. But the tape was not destroyed.

I have used KT tape hundreds of times in the past with no issues. I switched to this type, and while it does perform as it should, I did have a reaction to the adhesive. I’m not sure what the difference is between the adhesive on one type of tape versus another, but I do know that I’m going to have to switch back to what I was using before.

Adheres well and I love that it's Pre cut. Great product! Would purchase again.

Good adhesion even after a bath

This tape is the best that I have tried. Holds for 3-4 days and is waterproof in the shower. Highly recommend.
