Simple, Portable, and Effective - Tremendous exercise device for hand, wrist, and forearm strength. My wife uses the 30lb green Grip Pro Trainer, and I use the 40lb black Grip Pro Trainer. Great for exercise supplement at home or while traveling. Highly recommend!

I have had other hand grippers in the past and these feel larger, denser, and sturdier. I would say would buy again, but I don’t think this will malfunction or degrade. Have had for many years with out any issue. Highly recommend.

Love these for grip and forearm strengthening. I have them in my office to get in some workouts and use them as a stress ball. I own a couple of the red ones -- my new one is very stiff. Not sure if it's because it's new or that they use a denser material now.

Einfach nur hammer. Die qualität ist sehr gut nicht wie andere verlgeichbare produkte. Liegt gut in der hand da der ring etwas dichker als andere ist.
