So far it's keeping the cat house odor under control. I have one in my room and one in the living room. I also bought the smaller ones for closets and my car.

I'm quite pleased with this item. I refinished my basement into a hangout space for my teenagers and furnished it with a couch set I purchased on a buy/sell site. Two years later, all you can smell is the home in which they previously came from. It wasn't a bad smell, kind of essential oil type of blends, but quite strong. After only one day, the smells were gone. This is a big room! Even the slight must smell that comes with basement territory in humidity...that's gone too! I'm very, very happy with this purchase and I recommend it to anyone for this purpose.

I have ordered this brand for shoes and they work very great. The larger ones I ordered were for plans to put in to rooms in my home. I don’t think they work in large spaces . These would probably be great in a small closet
