Installed in a 2002 VW Jetta... installation was relatively easy. Love the adjustability of the screen, allows for such a large screen to work in a older small car. Sound quality is pretty decent. Android Auto works great. I read complaints about the screen being too bright, but all I had to do was update the firmware and a it added brightness controls.

The instructions are very clear. Putting a newer radio in an older vehicle has it's complications. Sprinter van only has 2) 4 inch front speakers in the dash, so I added a small subwoofer under the passenger seat. I was able to take my time on the installation. Of coarse you should get an adapter harness. The one I got fit ,but was not set up right so I just cut off the original harness connecter and wired straight to the new Jensen harness. Once I sorted out a minor speaker issue and did the final wiring I was ready to test it. I had already tested all the functions of the unit without incident all that was left was to find a Rock and Roll station and crank it a little. Ozzy was on playing " No More Tears" . Don't tell anyone this but it sounded so clear and full.... that..... I cried! Just amazing. Handles the high volume very well . I put this in my work truck to have navigation and a big screen. Never thought it would sound so awesome! Jensen, I'm a very happy customer.

1st unit was dead, there was no sound. Amazon return was quick and easy. 2nd unit works great and sounds pretty good.

The radio is cool, but I would return it if I didn't mainly use Carplay. Bluetooth sees my phone, but it will not pair. The button on the screen to pair say pairing for a fraction of a second before it just says pair again. I have tried a few phones, and the radio acts the same way for all of them. I am not sure there is support for Jensen. If Bluetooth is important, I would not buy this radio.

I bought a cheaper version of this by Boss and could not keep Android auto connected and it kept dropping my phone calls. I bought this unit for about $100 more and it is well worth the money much better quality the unit is heavier more sturdy the screen is not as bad on its glare the volume button is better because when I turn the volume button my finger does not accidentally hit the home button like it did on the other. This is a really good unit I am very pleased with it it's not perfect but for the money I give it five stars.

Volume button just spins and only goes up in volume. So essentially the unit is useless. I am hoping to reach out through the product warranty hopefully they can help.

I like the product very much and so does my daughter since it's installed in her sports Koup however the only disappointment she had was that it doesn't fit internally into the dash compartment. So it sticks out and swivels around like an iPad but she is actually kind of liking it more and more as she is getting familiar with how to use it and absolutely LOVES the Apple Car Play option.

This radio works exceptionally well and Jensen's Technical Support is outstanding! The radio worked well from the onset but I did have a couple of small concerns. I was able to contact Jensen Technical Support by phone and my concerns were addressed immediately by folks who were as knowledgeable with their product as I have ever experienced. It was a pleasure to work with these folks and I really enjoy my purchase.
