– Estro Broccoli Complex - Estrogen Balance Supplement - 500mg Broccoli and Calcium D-Glucarate - 90 Vegetable Capsules

I’m taking these with Diindolylmethane for estrogen dominance and resulting severe dry eye (badly swollen painful aching eyes and bone dry). I wasnt expecting much but within 36hours saw an improvement in my eyes and hot flushes reduced by half. After two weeks these are definitely working. I’ve been peeing burnt orange or red most of the time and my symptoms are continuing to improve. Much research indicates the colour change in urine is the estrogen metabolites being expelled. Hope that proves correct.

I have only just started using these in conjunction with other supplements (kidney cleanse and liver balance) due to reduced kidney function highlighted on blood test and sluggish liver causing a hormone imbalance. I’ve struggled for weeks with bad fatigue, water retention etc and this morning woke up with a spring in my step for the first time in a very long time.

I was on calcium d-glucarate at 200mg more than this but ran out and left it because I wasn't sure if it was making a difference. Well my PMS was the worst it had been since I'd stopped taking it 1-2 months ago. I wanted to see if this complex would be even better but I'm also aware that the calcium d-glucarate seemed to take about 3 cycles to reach its maximum benefit. There's a milky smell when first taking the seal off but this dissipates quickly and leaves a more subtle version. There's no taste to the capsules, however, they are on the larger side and need a good mouthful of water to get them down. I've been taking them for just over three weeks now and for the last few days have been in my PMS time period. I've been a bit snappy, but no where near as bad as I was on my last period, so I'm going to suggest these are helping. I'll keep on taking them and hopefully my symptoms will continue to improve.

Upset my stomach had to stop taking them

I was recommended this supplement for Gilbert's syndrome; upon taking this my billirubin levels have dropped significantly according to my blood tests. This is the only change I have made to my diet or lifestyle in a long period so it's the only thing I can attribute to it.

I have only taken them for a week but I feel confident that they have made me feel healthy.

No effect whatsoever. Snake oil.

Have used these to help balance excess oestrogen levels. Seem to do the job.
