Really works. Toe very much improved after a few days

This product does smell like absolute death, even if you're very careful to seal the gel in as cleanly as possible. Be aware of this. However, it does work- swelling went right down and after a few days and the nail was flexible enough to lever the edge out to trim it and remove THE ENORMOUS BARB that was apparently slashing up the nail bed every time it healed and I walked a little too fast on it. So yes, it's unpleasant, but not as nasty as a ragged, bleeding, infected toe being continually gouged by the nail. That's just horrid. Thank goodness for this stuff.

I don't know how but this stuff actually works !! . I lost a nail whilst climbing a mountain which isn't even sore But it then grew in weird and caused all sorts of problems . I've tried the wee plastic things you squeeze under your nail,the metal clamps and just plain digging it out . It became very painful recently and I couldn't even touch it . Day 1 of treatment was sore ,I think the pressure of the plaster was the issue but day 2 was easier and I realised the throbbing wasn't there any more . Day 3 and the redness had gone from the skin and I was able to press on it with no pain ,I also noticed the nail was softer where the gel was being used. I'm on day 4 now and completely pain free. I can run a nail tool around the side and gently lift the nail . I think the pain may be gone because the nail is softer . As I said,I don't know how this works but it really does . My next "step" was a chiropodist which I was dreading but it looks like I won't be needing that . 100% buy this stuff if you even think you need it !

As others have mentioned doesn’t really help with ingrown toenail. If anything it seems to make it worse. I was worried after reading some of the reviews that items are missing from the box. I did not have this gel went on easily but seem to make my ingrown, toenail and toe More painful I find it a lot better just to use TCP and soak my foot in hot water and salt and the price is way over the top for what you get also find the spongy circle things you’re supposed to put a around your toe before putting plaster on, gets in the way when you tried to put your shoes on, and the plasters do not stick very well

It works. 2 days of using this and I could painlessly put a file under the nail and peel it away. It sort of breaks down the structure of the nail. Okay, it stinks of rotten eggs but it works! I've paid to have my nails clipped professionally (£35 a time) and it didn't work. I have to wait for the nail to grow a bit but so far, no pain.

Followed instructions from what I could make out. As you can see a huge sticker covered most of them which pulled off the writing of tried to remove. But this does not do anything.

Got this for the Mrs, as she says all thee others dont work, this one does soften the toe nail as promised. Only down side, it smells of bad eggs, but only when applying. Good price and delivered speeilyas well. So all good.

Great for husbands fungal nail infection and it worked.

Beleive me it's awsome product comes with lot of additional taping .I initially felt it expensive was about to cancel my order. I would have regretted . My toe recovered just with one application. Do dip your toe in hot soapy water in between to lesson initial severe pain.

The gel had a strong smell, but I left it on the ingrown toenail for 6 hours, and the nail softened enough to cut with toenail clippers without pain. Time and money saver.

There is No gel inside the box

This stuff totally works. Don't ever go to the doctor and have them take off your toenail. There's a big chance it will not grow back. Just put this stuff on your ingrown toenail several times a day or three or four days and you will literally be able to pick it out with your own fingernail. Pain free 100%
