This is authentic Helichrysum oil. It comes from a family run organization, which I love, because it supports small businesses and families. If you’re not familiar with Helichrysum, it can be used for a wide variety of skin issues such as: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and support in regenerating skin cell/tissue. As a gracefully aging older lady, I can tell you this is a wonderful product for your skin. It does have a strong scent, which smells a little like fresh hay and sunshine in the summer. It has a very nice thick consistency. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this product.
