Very nice paper. Like others have said, I bought this to use with my Typewriter. Not for a printer. I have never been a fan of the heavier paper—over 20 lbs. this is just perfect for my needs.

So why is typing paper so difficult to find nowadays? Printer paper is thick and coarse. Of course letter writing is not popular anymore, but there are a few of us ancient holdouts who still use and appreciate "snail mail". Typing paper is my paper of choice, but is becoming rare.

Paper thinner than standard 20# copy paper is for some reason VERY hard to find. This paper is perfect. It's definitely thinner yet thick enough that you a print on both sides. Perfect for airplane POH manuals where you have limited space. To the reviewer who gave a negative review because it's thin - duh. That is the whole point - it is thin paper! I will say printers do not like duplexing (double side printing) it but with patience you can get the job done. I experienced a jam about every 20 pages or so.

It took me several years to find the right paper to make my origami bookmarks from. I had used origami paper for a long time, but I wanted something thinner but durable. I bought many types of paper before finding the right one. The thing that is great about this paper is that I can print on both sides. My folding lines stay crisp, but the somewhat soft, slight "texture" of the paper helps the bookmarks cling to the book page and not fall out. I am SO HAPPY that I don't have to search any further. Many thanks to Mead and Amazon for offering this particular paper.
