Use it for 130 cards and then it broke... for nothing? I can't have support. ALso, it is complicated to buy the ribbon. Don't purchase it.

Not compatible with Apple products I tried to troubleshoot for hours even went to the site for help and still nothing just annoyed that it’s advertised as Mac compatible but it’s not truly. Also the printer I received looked like it could’ve been used / refurbished there was smudges in the bottom and dents and break marks in the plastic on the machine I’m a little upset cause I had such high hopes for this product.

Great product works great I have printed several cards with it.

Bought this printer for my print shop and it’s been working well. Print quality is good, setup was easy, and it runs without problems. Not a both sides printer, but still good for everyday ID card jobs. Recommend this card printer.
