These are great!! Partner got a bad blister on his hip from some slightly tight trousers. Put these on during the day and he barely felt anything on the area. Took it off at night to let the area breathe, and after 3 days, the blister was more or less gone and he felt no pain or irritation, no scabbing or anything. Fantastic!

These are the best Blister plasters ever .. anytime I have to wear new shoes I carry a couple of these life savers with me .. Wearing in a popular brand of boots .. these are your saviour .. top quality , stay in place and protect your heels .. Really sort out blisters should you get one .. Work very well, stay on long enough to help cushion/heal

these extreme plasters appear to be more cushioned though when wearing them I don't notice any additional benefit they also seem less adhesive than the regular ones even so, they're the best thing out there when you have a blister or cracked heal and I keep a stock of them for those painful times!

I cannot recommend these plasters enough. They are incredible! And everyone I tell seems to know about them but me!! They are easy to apply (they bend to contour, in my case, my ankle). They stick well (unless I take them off they stay put even in the shower). They are comfortable (I managed to walk a half day hike with a blister with no problem). The packets suggests leaving the plaster on until it starts to fall off. I am sure I could do that as they stick really well. But I choose not to and take them off every few days to clean up (I have quite a deep blister which is taking a while). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

These are so much better that the normal standard ones you get in the plastic pack. Due to doing some off piste skiing and touring, the boots i had were different and took the skin off my ankle and these worked great at giving that cushioning effect and stayed on for 4 days with baths of a night time till it was time to replace it. Cant beat the real thing.

These plasters are amazing. I was training for a 26 mile walk and kept getting blisters, even with a pair of broken in boots. I let my feet heal, and decided to give these a try. They're honestly the best thing I could have bought. Not a single blister after my trek. Cushioned and comfortable. I'm doing another hike next year and I won't be without them.

These are absolutely magic i had a big very sore open splitting blister i put 1 on and a couple of days later I wad curious so took it off and it's gone NO LIE
