I'm beyond glad I found these. There could not be a better set of lights for a stranger things inspired project. They're the perfect size and the fact they're battery operated is extremely convenient. Don't have to worry about hiding any wires. Also love that it has different settings including timer. Overall these ended up being exactly perfect!!

So the description suggests you get rechargeable batteries. This is key. I got the high capacity batteries from amazonbasics and they lasted about three/four days on the timer function. I liked being able to set it and forget it. If I used regular batteries... it would have been too expensive! Other than that I loved the colors and the settings. It was perfect for my mailbox since I didn’t want a cord going across my lawn.

I bought these battery powered Christmas lights to accompany my Stranger Things Halloween costume. They were absolutely perfect! The battery pack was lightweight enough to attach to my dress without pulling the fabric. The different settings for the light patterns were perfect for what I needed and I like that the bulbs were a little larger than most small battery powered lights I've found. I was pleased to see the size of the lights and the amount of lights on the string was impressive also. We put the batteries in and we now have lights in each of my children's rooms. Worked just as I wanted for my son’s Fortnite Halloween Costume. The box for batteries has a button you press for different modes like blinking, slow flicker, chasing, seizure inducing flashes, etc. I appreciate that it also has these modes labeled on the box itself. Bulbs were nice and bright. No complaints.
