Looks great when first applied, but after a few rainy days , becomes very patchy.

Excellent anti-slip properties, good coverage and easy to apply. I left my new decking to weather for a few weeks then applied 2 coats initially. It's very thin and watery it doesn't look as though it will cover much but that's very deceptive! It covers very well.I poured the paint into an old rectangular bowl and used a long-handled soft broom to apply it. With a wide coverage and no bending down it was pretty easy! The following year it was still noticeably anti-slip but the colour had faded slightly so I added a further coat. I've not had it long enough to know if this is going to be an annual event or less often but as it's so easy to apply I'm not really bothered.

Lovely dark colour if that’s your choice. Stain is very easy to go on. We used a brush. Looks lovely when done.
