I bought this for the ovens in our Histology lab. Contrary to what other have said, the instructions are fine and it is easy to program. In a large and busy lab environment, the medium volume setting is enough to alert personnel the slides are done baking. This is a real problem solver. None of our lab supply distributors offers anything like it, which I think is odd. The work we do in Histology is similar to cooking. We prepare slides and bake them for a prescribed time to adhere the tissue to the slides. They are then stained either automatically on a staining processor for which you wouldn't need a timer, or they are stained by manual methods. This could serve multiple purposes at our facility. I might buy another.

Needed timer for our pizza oven and this has worked great. It is durable and very reliable. Easy to clean.

The timer is great because you can have six different timers going at one time setting at various time frames. You can set each one at its own timeframe one touch to start. The timer once programmed programmable up to six different time frames. For example, if you wanted one for five minutes One set for 10 minutes. Each zone is programmable on set press the button next to the time that you have and you’re done Al alert goes off also great for a deep fryer. For those that do not have timer systems built in them when you are running multiple deep fryers easy to read and see

Overall this is a good unit and works very well. It was a bit frustrating to understand the instructions at first. Once you get past the instructions and set it up how you want it, the unit works flawless and even keeps your settings under a power loss.

Bought this as a present for my son who is a Chef! Now he said he won't cook without it! He works up to 5 ovens and cookers in a restaurant and has ditched his battery operated timers that used to be scattered all over the kitchen... each timer display even has alarms! His stress levels have dropped massively!!!! Highly Recomnended!
