It was chipped when I got it so it might not last long but I still use it. So it is a good buy. Works like it should.

I didn’t realize how much presentation affects hydration until I started using this fruit infuser pitcher. Somehow, water just feels more appealing when there are lemons, cucumber, or herbs floating around looking fancy in your fridge. The pitcher feels solid right out of the box. For something made of acrylic, it doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I’d easily rate the overall build quality high as it feels thoughtfully made, not like a disposable seasonal item. It's a good-looking pitcher. Clean, modern, and nice enough to leave out on the table without feeling like a plastic eyesore. It definitely upgrades the “I’m trying to drink more water” aesthetic. It is also big enough that you’re not constantly refilling it, but not so massive that it hogs the entire fridge shelf. It fits well in standard fridge spaces. It keeps water cold surprisingly well once chilled, especially when you add fruit straight from the fridge. No insulation magic , but for regular iced water or infused drinks, it holds temperature well enough for everyday use. The infuser insert is easy to remove and clean, and it does what it’s supposed to do. Pouring is smooth, with no awkward dribbling down the side. The infused water actually tastes clean and fresh, not diluted or plasticky. For something that gets used daily, this feels like good value. It replaces multiple smaller pitchers and makes plain water more interesting, which means it actually gets used instead of sitting in the cabinet. It’s shatterproof acrylic, and it feels like it. I wouldn’t hesitate using this around kids or on a busy counter. It handles regular use without feeling fragile or precious.

Great pitcher at a great price !!! Love that it has a freezer cone also.

The only complaint I have with this pitcher is that the top isn't secure. I've had variations of the same product in the past. The tops were snug and tight. These fall off when I pour my tea.

I received my product very quickly. Unfortunately, a piece of a plastic basket was broken. I contacted Joey's right away and they sent me a return ticket within an hour. I had a whole new unit the very next day !! And it works well.

The handle broke after filling it up for a second time.

So pretty, sturdy and stylish. Large and can be used cold or frozen.

I love it! Use it every day.
