I really like this pillow overall. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels well made. When you use it without a pillowcase, it definitely feels cool to the touch and does what it claims in terms of that initial cooling sensation. However, once you put a pillowcase on it, you can’t really feel the cooling effect anymore. I’ve tried multiple different pillowcases made from different materials, and none of them really let that cool feeling come through. That said, I still love the pillow itself. It’s comfortable and supportive enough that I’m keeping it. Just keep in mind that the cooling feature works best without a cover, which isn’t ideal for everyone. Overall, a good pillow — just manage expectations about the cooling effect once it’s covered.

Very high quality pillow. Firmer than I expected, but the cooling is great. I took some of the foam out as it was too bulky for me.

I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.

I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time with this pillow. The firmness is absolutely perfect—supportive without feeling stiff—and it instantly felt comfortable the moment I laid down. I really love that it comes with a separate package of extra foam, so you can customize the height and firmness to your preference. That level of adjustability makes a huge difference. It’s incredibly relaxing to sleep on, and I woke up feeling well-rested with no neck discomfort. Highly recommend this pillow if you’re looking for comfort, support, and a great night sleep. Amazing for the price! Took a little getting used to, and I did remove some of the fluff from both pillows and now they are perfect. We ended up ordering another set because we both hold pillows while we sleep. After taking some fluff out of all 4 pillows, I was able to make two 20x20 couch pillows! They are all so cozy and perfect. A good dupe for those outrageously expensive pillows. So glad I found these. Just order them!

Pros: Price, quality, cooling, non-toxic certified materials inc foam, adjustable foam content Cons: Filling gets hard during the night causing stiff neck bc of lack of support in neck area Feels like a dream when the head first lands, for about two hrs max. Would be a perfect pillow if the foam would shift, but instead it flattens, hardens during the night causing the head to be at an incline which is the worst if already suffering from neck pain. Maybe if it was mixed with more fiberfill or bigger chunks. IDK but am bummed bc otherwise itd be a perfect pillow (and for the seller bc its a return thats not their fault). Have a similar one (but wasnt non-toxic certified), it still firmed/melded but it would unclump easier with redistributing contents during the night.

I am a very hot sleeper, and I need my pillow to be cold to fall asleep. Previously had the purple pillow that worked great but since having a newborn and having to keep the room hotter it lost its effectiveness. Tried this pillow for the first time last night and I was very impressed. It’s very soft with medium firmness and the cooling side truly is cold. The pillows coldness lasts for a few hours where your head is resting but if you roll to a different spot on the pillow it’s cold. Highly recommend

Honestly a very very good pillow. I saw some reviews about the "off-gassing" but really it wasn't that bad for my pillows. I had ordered two and opened them in a separate room in fear of the smell as some have said, but all it is is a slight chemical smell but it really isn't that bad. It expanded quickly and feels amazing to sleep on. 10/10
