Good hardware
They worked to mount 3 of my monitors, not quite long enough for my main monitor, but that's my fault for not measuring. The caps on the head made instalation easy.

good but not exactly the same as picture
the product shows a solid plastic knob. On the product received, the knob is hollow, so maybe not as durable as a solid knob. So far the product is working well and I can tighten it as much as needed with no deformation, so it may be fine, but I would have preferred getting a solid knob.

Time saver for installers
Huge time saver for TV installers. No tools so you can hold the TV and fastener the screws by hand without a helper (up to 43" in my case, I recommend a helper for anything larger). I use these for traveling conference TVs and reuse them over and over, and they hold up well.
