Worked very well, good directions too.
Made my first jelly followed thier directions and turned out very nice. Mine is low sugar and made a nice tangy jelly. Diffently will buy again.

Makes low sugar jelly perfectly! Just follow the recipe!
I never had a problem making guava jelly using this product. When my hubby retired, he took over making it, used a different product and constantly had problems getting it to gel. I finally found the recipe and reordered the Ponoma brand and, walla, it's perfectly jellied again and delicious. Great product and I highly recommend if you want jelly with half the sugar or less.

Works great with honey
Worked well for my chokecherry jelly. It was a bit too sour for most people but perfect for me.

Good product.
This product is expensive but a very good option if you are not planning on using sugar for your canning. We used this for a paleo jam made with fruit and honey. It worked very well. I plan to use it again this winter for a cold remedy with lemon, ginger and honey in order to keep it more of a gel consistency.

Chose your sweetness
It is the best pectin for freezer jams. Turns out perfect every time. Also can use way less sugar.

Thicker than I expected.
I followed the instructions but my first time using Pomona my jelly came out thick, crumbly and rubbery. It will not spread. I did watch some reviews that said they used at least half of the pectin that was called for because of the same results and it worked better for them. I’m going to try again doing half less. I do think this will help a lot. It was very easy to work with and I had read so many people will only use Pomona. And I think I will love it also. I love using A LOT less Splenda so it’s mostly the yummy fruit or juice that is going in your body.

Good quality
I have seen so many popular homestead videos using this pectin so I decided from now on I will be using this to make my jams and jellies!
