I didn't necessarily need the little finger mitts that come with this set, but the trivets will be handy and the over mitts are fantastic- nice and long so your wrists and lower arms are protected, easy to keep control of hot handles as the heat does not bleed through and the mitts don't slip. These comfortably fit myself and my husband and we both appreciated the quality.

I've wanted some silicon oven mitts for some time, and since my old over mitts were wearing out, I decided to get some. I chose this pack, because I thought the small grippers would be useful, and I already have some silicon pot holders, so I knew they were good. The long oven mitts are fine for temperature resistance, but the wrist area is a bit narrow, making for a tight fit - this makes it hard for me to get my fingers into the end of the mitts and I have scrunch them down so I get a good grip. This is a minor inconvenience, so I give them an overall 4-star rating. The little grippers are good for taking the rice cooker pot out of the machine, and the pot holders do the job.

I had never seen the pot holders that look like lobster claws - they are so easy to use and all the pot holders are easy to clean. Great product

When attempting to drain my heavy crock pot I had large hot pads and they were too bulky to hold the crock pot. It slipped out of my hands and splashed boiling chicken broth all over the the front of me. If I had the silicon pads, I would have had a better grip on the pot and would have avoided a bad burn.

The mitts are great for people with skinny wrists. They really don't make ones for peoples with thicker wrists. The round ones don't have a good grip or heat resistance.

I like that we get a nice package of useful items. The mitts are long enough to protect almost up to my elbows. Very easy to clean. The small finger protectors work well to take things out of the microwave. Also easy to clean. Hot pot pads are just a bonus. Would recommend this purchase.

I find the pinch gloves very small and thin. They don't provide much protection from hot dishes. The large mitts are heavy on your hands.
