Perfect for someone on-the-go
If you are constantly busy or moving around, and you workout a lot then this is perfect. You can add your milk in the bottle and put your protein powder in one of the compartments and put your vitamins in the other compartment. And this can all be done the night before so you can just grab it and go! I LOVE THIS ITEM! It’s become a staple in my routine
