Great mat, sizing as described and really durable. Have used for both yoga and to sit under a walking pad and it’s both comfortable and prevents slipping. Rolls away really nicely- super value for money

This mat feels durable and provides good grip under my treadmill. It protects the floor well and reduces noise slightly during workouts. The material is thick but easy to clean with a damp cloth. It tends to curl a bit at the corners initially, but flattens out after a few days.

Have put at the bottom of my new spin bike, great quality, thick that it doesn’t damage floor but not thick enough that bike moves, easy to clean if you spill something on it.

Great piece of equipment, easy to store when not in use, great for a home work out

Very pleased with the quality of this and size as it fits perfectly under my workout bench, but then i did measure it. It is slip resistant so if you wanted to get one to use for exercises it would also be good. I would want something thicker to do sit ups etc as it is quite thin.

Good size not that " heavy duty" quite light

Bought this mat to go underneath my treadmill. Good solid sturdy material, does the job.
