For my fasting peeps, it does work to avoid mid-day headaches! It also provides energy without the caffiene jitters! The tablets are not too big and theyre easy to swallow, to each their own though! This stuff is like a holy grail! Keep in mind I am a guy that was doing 400mg of caffeine a day from energy shots to stay awake. These pills are 100mg of sustained caffeine I can take one pill in the morning ing and I am awake and alert all day until I go to sleep at night. Also sleeping better at night. If you are dropping from a high dosage of caffeine like I was be prepared for withdrawal headaches first my eyes were throbbing like a migraine. I took some non aspirin pain releif and it helped after 2 days headaches are gone. I feel so much better alert and focused on this product and you get 100 pills going to last me 3 months. Don’t hesitate on this product also leaves no stomach upset. Genius is a great company now I want to explore what else they offer.

Caffeine via coffee or normal tablet is too much all at once, and makes me jittery, shaking & anxious. However, I am a pathologically sleepy person, and caffeine is a big part of not napping through half of each day. These are absolutely perfect. I can feel the wakefulness as it comes on, and it is indeed sustained over a longer time than would otherwise be the case. But I don't shake, my heart does not feel as if it's in my throat, I'm not jumpy & awkward--at least, no more than usual. I'm a very big fan. I'm certain I'll repurchase these.

I purchased these because I was having a major early afternoon slump, and the Florida summer heat isn’t conducive to afternoon coffee breaks. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s effective with no crash, but I have to split the capsules into smaller portions because I get a slight agitated feeling when taking a full dose. There’s no jitters, I just feel a slight impatience. My husband says he doesn’t notice a difference, that comment could be the reason I’m agitated lol. I purchased a capsule splitting kit and a packet of size 0 capsules on Amazon so that I’m not wasting half a dose every time I take one (see photo). This is my 2nd container and I’m very pleased with the quality. No nausea or stomach upset, haven’t had any sleep issues since cutting the dosage in half. Will continue to take. The half dose takes about 20-30 minutes for onset & seems to last approximately 4 hours

I’ve had Vivarin. No Dos. And knock off brands. But Genius is the best.

This is a great product for people who are looking for an extended release caffeine. I take 1 pill in the morning and it seems to last 3-4 hours without any crash effect. Helped me when I needed to cut out coffee because the acidity was bothersome.

It’s very expensive. I took 3 a day and was still tired. I get about 6-7 hours sleep at night.

I don’t know what else to say other than the product works as advertised! No sudden jolt of energy, no significant crash, just a few hours of boosted energy. I mainly really like this product because it gives me the same caffeine boost I would normally get from an energy drink, but this is a fraction of the price compared to the number of drinks you’d have to buy to get the same amount of caffeine. It also allows me to drink water instead of an energy drink and saves on calories and sugar.
