This is the only folic acid I have taken for years.
I have been using this brand of folic acid for a long time. when I use one of my prescription meds, if I don't take folic acid with it, I end up with mouth sores. Other folic acids didn't work. These are easy to swallow, soft capsules. Worth the money.
