So cute got this for a family member and she liked it. But overall can't say much on how well it is other than it is functional and has a good level of brightness when turned on. Would say it is worth the price to buy if needing a decent little lamp.

The colours are good and strong and change gradually as per the instructions. That said, the warm white is in some ways more relaxing . I think most adults who try this with kids scared of darkness would find it helpful. The cat takes 3xAAA batteries. I can’t yet comment on how long those last, but it’s been in constant use for three weeks on the original set I put in. What price a child’s good nights sleep? This is recommended as a bargain.

This lamp is so cute, and is a great choice for a lamp on a nightstand. The battery life is also very good, as I bought this before Christmas and it still is running on the same battery despite it being used almost every night. For its price, it is very good quality. The material is soft and the illumination strength is good. However, the body is quite squishy. Not squishy as in weak, but if you try hold it by the body, it almost collapses in, which isnt a problem for me. I just wanted to point that out. The feature where you tap it to change colour/mode WORKS, it just takes a couple firm taps to the head for it to work. If you try tap its body, it won't work. It has to be almost between the ears, at least for me when I was testing out the feature. Also, when you drop it onto a table or place it down quite firmly, it also makes it change colour. Therefore, I feel like that feature works and is a simple mechanic, but isn't the best for smooth, seamless mode changing or to turn it off. Though, for an item as inexpensive as this, it is good quality and I cannot complain. The design is absolutely adorable, and wonderful as a gift to somebody who loves cute decor and cats.

Really good price for this little lamp as there seem to be different prices for sale for the same item. If you get it cheap, it's cute and does the job. Needs 3 aa batteries

My 2 year old loves it. It survives being thrown round the room. The magnetic back means it can be placed anywhere you want with the aid of the supplied stick-on metal disk. The light is a bit brighter than wanted but a bit of sharpy pen on the LEDs has dimmed it a bit.

Great lighting option for my 6-year old at bed time. It’s soft, lightweight and cute. Has on/off switch, can toggle between a rainbow of colours sequence, off, and white light by bopping the head. Easy to clean, no smell, good quality.
