Returned because it was defective.

Wi-Fi connection is useless. The app is so bad at keeping a connection to the thermostat that you have to reset it from home about every other time you log in, and you have to be home to get an activation code off the thermostat. So, there's no real use in having it Wi-Fi enabled, as you can't actually use it to remotely control temperature.

Nice unit, much easier to use and program than previous SunTouch thermostat units.

So far so good! REALLY EXPENSIVE though.

Everything went as planned

This is by far one of the nicest looking in floor heat thermostats out there. Mine worked for 3 months before it got an error 6 message on the display. Reset it a few times and sometimes it would work again. No one at Suntouch could seam to help me. It costs me about $200 just to get an electrician to my house, so in essence it is cheaper to just buy another thermostat. The in floor heat probe works just fine and displays properly on the screen. The error 6 message is listed in the Suntouch catalog, but apparently is not fixable.

One of the few touch screen thermostats on the market. Very nice screen design and a lot of programming options! Installation was a big challenge. It was very hard to insert the electronic face plate into the base. Once I accomplished that the thermostat worked beautifully.

Easy to program. Simple to use.
