Updated: I have gone through about 200 pills so far of these enzymes in attempt to clear a small bloodclot in my leg. It worked Okay however i added kyolic A.g.extract at high dose and it dissolved the blood clot in a couple days. These enzymes reduced inflammation and pain but did not clear the blood clot in the Vein. I did get benefit from the enzymes but the high dose liquid garlic extract (10 grams a day) physically broke up the blood clot sending it to the lower leg which then was broken up further. I am still taking both of these enzymes and the garlic extract. I did have a keloid scar flatten out and lessen size after many months of use, the scar areas felt itchy and red but they eventually were normal and you can attribute the serrapeptase working as intended. I think these are worth it, and do improve the circulatory system If i took 3 pills instead of 2 i did get the side effect of lungs feeling dry / breathing wierd. I research my supplements and believe this is a good USA made trusted brand and a quality formula of enzymes for a good price.

I alternate this with my Repair Gold since the Repair Gold is so expensive. I have taken the enzymes every morning for nearly a year now. I really noticed a difference when I stopped taking them for a few weeks. I got a lot of stiffness and back pain which I had forgotten I could even experience. I also think these help keep my sinuses clearer.Must take on totally empty stomach to see effectiveness. I keep them by my bed and take it first thing when I wake up

I like the product. I would recommend for joint pain.

These have worked so well I can stop taking lasix for water retention and inflammation. I don't understand why non of my physicians ever recommended I take these. I'm sure I am getting more benefits from these than I even realize. I just hate having to buy OTC supplements out of pocket. But the prescriptions do not work and have caused horrible side effects. I will just keep solving my own problems.

I've been using this product for a while. Very good. Helps to keep blood flowing without synthetic meds.

Relieves pain

What I order wasn’t the same as the first bottle I had order. I get is sometimes labels do change but not ingredients. I so disappointed for lack of change information posted on Amazon before I purchased.

My joint pain lessened and my breathing is easier at night. I miss it when I go days without it and can tell the difference. I don't take anti inflamatories or pain medication after starting enzyme therapy years ago. Dynamic enzymes is the best value I have found.
