Detox and Digest has been amazing. Took a few days, but my bloating and heartburn (yes heartburn!) all but disappeared. The taste is not great, and even my wife who enjoys "greens" types of juices was not a fan. Reccomend chugging it like you would an adult beverage and then chasing it with another drink, or even a chip or cracker.

I was caught off guard at the taste. When they say no sugar they mean just that! Taste just like grass and roots lol. I usually use bloom which works wonders and is delish just expensive after awhile. I wanted to try something new cheaper and just as effective. For $0.70 a day for 30 days, these greens are the best priced supplement on the market. (Trust me, I've checked around.) The best way to drink it in my opinion, is a lovely concoction by putting a scoop of powder in green-tea, with a splash of milk and a tinier splash of fresh apple juice. It has a very very earthy taste that I'm lucky enough to actually enjoy, but some might find the taste too grassy, it all depends on your taste buds. If you mix it with 24oz of another flavored drink, (like my noted tea mixture,) the taste of the powder comes through very mildly, some might find drinking it that way more bearable. While drinking it as a meal replacement it's helped me lose weight while retaining energy. I suppose skipping lunch is an obvious way to shed some pounds, but at least with the powder it's a healthier way to go about it. My only issue with this supplement is that it does not dissolve fully. It mixes great, yet doesn't dissolve, but I feel like that's what real green powder is suppose to do. Between every other sip, I have to shake my bottle or stir my glass to keep it from all settling to the bottom of my drink. My suggestion; throw a scoop of powder in with a very icy smoothie to keep the greens well distributed throughout. Overall I highly recommend this product. It tastes great, you can put it in anything, it makes you feel great, and it's honestly cheap. You can't get better than that. -TMI below Warning- - - - Drinking the Detox and Digest powder has cured my constipation, in an even better way than prunes ever did. It's made me regular, and with no struggle in the bathroom whatsoever.

I wanted to like this but it is absolutely nasty to me. No matter what I mixed it in it almost taste like eating dirt. But on the other hand it did work as far and the detox and digest part goes. I personally just couldn't past the taste.

Don't worry about the bad-taste reviews. Once mixed with a desirable juice, it's fine. It's the results we are looking for and that's what this provides.
