I'm using this with an S.M.S.L. A300 amp to hook up a passive subwoofer to it's line-level sub output. It is working perfectly for my needs. PLENTY of power output (I've got the volume set to about 1/3). This devices cutoff of 300Hz is plenty compatible with the 100Hz of the A300. I did notice that in theory the sub freq knob should be able to go down to about 1/3 without impact, but I notice the difference in sound far before that, so I assume it's a non-linear scale. Not a big deal, but might be nice if the knob was labeled in some way so you knew what frequency you are dialing in. That being said for the price I cannot complain. Note that if you are using this for a sub amp be sure to select SUB rather than PBTL with the second switch. If you select full range (PBTL) it has a drastic impact on the output. Which is a BIT odd since I'm already sending only 0-100Hz to the unit from the SMSL. NBD since the SUB setting is most correct for my use anyway, but something to be aware of if you hook it up and think it sounds... off. Quiet. Dont take my minor criticisms for anything but that: nitpicks. I love the amp and am completely happy, especially for the low price.

Cheap, good sound and really fast delivery! I bought a cheap 450W powered sub on eBay but it didn't work. Scouring the net I found this amp and decided the outlay was worth risking on an unproven speaker. I ditched the old amp (but salvaged the banana plug terminals and internal wiring) and hooked up this new amp—needless to say, it surpassed my expectations. TBH, I've noticed the tiniest bit of a hum from it, but I previously had huge issues with a ground loop that made my previous set-up un-listenable. Once I've got music or a movie going, the hum is not at all noticable, even on quiet stuff. From what I've seen, there aren't many other mono amps at this price with a frequency dial. And there's even fewer with a bridged mode (PBTL), not that I need this functionality myself. My only wish is that the frequency dial doesn't have any measurements on it, so I've had to guess where the 80Hz mark is. Finally, mine was delivered next day. Very impressed!

サブウーハーとの併用でButtkickerの重低音振動ユニットを以前から使用しており、 振動ユニットのみ単体のサブウーファー用アンプで駆動していましたが、 元ソースとして使用しているAVアンプのLFE（※低音域効果音チャンネル・通常は アクティブサブウーファーの駆動用に使用）ライン出力が低いのか、 ある映像ソースでは丁度いいのに別のソースでは目一杯ボリュームを上げても 殆ど反応しなかったりと今ひとつ安定せず、かといってAVアンプのLFEを弄ると 今度は全体的な音のバランスが崩れるという、どうにも決まらない状況でした。 こちらのサブウーファーアンプも基本仕様は元々使用していたものと殆ど一緒でしたが、 入力ソース側のゲイン調節が可能という点に惹かれて購入。デフォルトより１段低い 入力ゲインで設定したところ、従来のサブウーファーアンプでは殆ど反応しなかった 映像ソースで振動ユニットが反応し、元々が丁度よい映像ソースでも音量ボリュームの 可変範囲で調整可能と、まさに狙い通りの効果で上々の使い勝手です。

Très bonne qualité sonore pour la musique et cinéma maison. Bonne profondeur et fonctionne parfaitement avec mon sub.
