Q: Can you purchase an extra receiver?

Yes. I can confirm extra recievers work when following the pairing procedure in the instructions.

Q: What does self powered mean. How does that work exactly?

it will generate electricity by itself and send a stable signal to the receiver. With this self-powered doorbell, you will no longer worry about frequent battery replacement. When you press the button, the transmitter is powered like a perpetual motion machine, freeing you from the trouble of frequent battery replacement. Button life can reach 200,000 times, you can use it for a long long time.

Q: Can a third receiver be paired to the transmitter? If so, where can I buy one extra receiver?

You can pair any receiver to any button by using the steps in the user's manual. But Teknet only has them in sets of one receiver + One button, or two receivers + one button. You'll need to buy one of those sets to get the extra receiver(s), and will end up with extra button you don't need (you can just keep it as a backup).

Q: Is there any feedback for the person pushing the outside ringer. Like a click, or beep, flashing light?

It does click and there is a very small light that blinks but is hard to see in bright sunlight
