Used for applying a Hue lightstrip v3 around kitchen cabinets. I was able able to cut with a hacksaw easy enough and used some stronger 3m stuff I had leftover from another job to stick to the unit. Diffuser covers fit in fine and just require some pressing down. Was actually better quality than what I was hoping for.

bit expensive for what they are but do the job! hies the led's from the strip lights well.

Was reading through the reviews and I've discovered a fundamental misunderstanding on this item here. This diffuser DOES NOT remove the highlight of low led count strips like Philips Hue (30 LEDs/metre) or Aqara T1 (30) or Meross (30) or even Govee M1 (60). It would do a nice job with 90<. It's meant to support hiding your LEDs. The diffusers which WOULD remove the highlights of the main brands would also decrease the light level as well. For a Hue that would probably be around 80% of the brightness gone with correct setup. Instead of that you should aim your lights in a different way. LEDs with highlights should never face you. If it's below eye-level, aim it downwards. If it should be facing somewhere you, do an angle. There's nothing wrong with this item at all. No, it's not hard assemble. Attach it to the wall, put in the light stip and align the diffuser with the channel, gently press the diffuser into the channel and with your palm push it in every 10cm/4inches.

Perfect for housing my waterproof external rope light, also easy to install

Easy to install. I recessed them in to Ikea Lack floating shelves and it was easy to cut and adjust the channel to fit. Philips Hue strips fit perfectly. Only unfortunate disappointment is you can still see the led dots of the hue strips, I had hoped the diffuser would defuse these leds better than this. Still gives nice ambient light.

Mi aspettavo che regalasse una luce più omogenea, ma mi sono reso conto che questo dipende dai led utilizzati, più sono forti e meno necessità si ha di utilizzare questi dispositivi.

Endlich hat der 8m lange Leuchtstreifen in unserem Wohnzimmer eine ordentliche Aufbewahrung gefunden. Die Profile kommen passgenau entsprechend der Maßangaben, es ist das notwendige Zubehör mitgeliefert und sie passen hervorragend zu unserer Vorhangschiene hinter der sie montiert sind. Nun sieht die ganze Sache gut aus, die Profile sind zum günstigen Preis für jeden empfehlenswert der LED-Streifen verlegen will. Absolute Weiterempfehlung von mir.

cant get the diffusers on without breaking them, very cheap, bad quality. had many channels like this before but these are useless
