What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh, I use it in many of my cooking and baking. I have ordered this a few times already. Ceylon cinnamon is sweeter than regular cinnamon and has a smoother taste. As well Ceylon cinnamon is the only version that helps reduce and regulate your blood sugar levels. I like to use it in hot chocolate, coffee, deserts, on sweet potatoes, on toast, and even in my curry recipe. This is a far better value than buying it in a bottle. I kept an old cinnamon bottle and refill it from the bag. I would highly recommend you try this cinnamon.
